Travel within 100 miles of Augusta, Georgia is included in every wedding collection. For celebrations beyond 100 miles, we offer straightforward travel pricing based on the distance and logistics required for your wedding day.

Driving Distance Weddings

Our driving travel rates apply to destinations that are close enough for us to drive but far enough away that overnight accommodations are required, typically for one to two nights.

• 100–200 miles: $750

• 200–300 miles: $1,000

• 300–400 miles: $1,250

These rates cover transportation, lodging, and travel-related expenses for both team members.

Domestic Flights (Within the U.S.)

For weddings that require air travel within the United States, our travel fee is:

• $1,300 + airfare

This includes:

• Travel from Augusta to Atlanta for departure

• A typical 3-day travel itinerary to ensure adequate travel time and flexibility around your wedding events

• Travel-related expenses for both team members

International Flights

For weddings outside of the United States, our travel fee is:

• $1,500 + airfare

This includes:

• Travel from Augusta to Atlanta for departure

• A typical 4-day travel itinerary to accommodate international travel logistics

• Travel-related expenses for both team members

Because we share transportation, accommodations, and logistics, our travel costs are often significantly lower than booking separate photography and videography teams. Every travel quote we provide is the total travel cost for both of us, with no additional travel fees added later.
