Securing your wedding date

From the moment you inquire, we're committed to creating a seamless, personalized experience that allows you to feel confident, cared for, and fully present throughout the entire process. Our Step-By-Step Process

Visit the "Contact" page to fill our inquiry form, and keep an eye out for an email from us! Inquiries are responded to Monday-Thursday.
 
 
2. consultation
 
After your inquiry has been accepted, we’ll hop on a quick call if needed. Think of this as a chance to tell us all about your wedding vision and to ask any questions you may have before moving forward!
 
 
3.Booking
 
After our consultation, you will be sent a short questionnaire, agreement, and invoice. Once your deposit of 25% is paid, you're all set!
 
 
4. Preparation
 
After booking, we’ll begin preparing for your wedding day by scheduling engagement and bridal sessions, assisting with timeline creation, and making sure every detail is thoughtfully planned!
 
FAQ
When/how far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible, as we accept a limited number of weddings each year to serve our couples to our greatest capability! We currently accept wedding bookings up to 18 months in advance. If your wedding date falls outside that window, we’d love to connect and keep in touch until our calendar opens.
Do you hold wedding dates?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates without a signed contract and retainer. We receive multiple inquiries for many dates, so bookings are confirmed only after the reservation process is complete.
What is required to book?
To reserve your date, we'll need a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer. Once those are completed, your wedding date is officially secured on our calendar!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We are happy to discuss options during our consultation.
Can we book photography or videography separately?
We do not offer solely videography services, but if you're looking for a photo experience only, we'd be happy to discuss your needs and determine whether we're the right fit. Please view our investment guide and fill out an inquiry.
Do you schedule consultation calls before booking?
Yes, at your request! We love connecting with our couples before booking whenever possible. It gives us a chance to answer your questions, learn more about your vision, and ensure we're the perfect fit for one another!
How soon can we expect a response to our inquiry?
We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours on Monday-Thursday. If you don't hear from us, be sure to check your spam folder or feel free to reach out again!
